Our truck and the 4x4 vehicles is definitely a better design compared to other overland companies. We designed the truck for Safety and Comfort first. On the road you will experience long and short drives, bumpy roads and mechanical problems. Some times we get stuck in mud or sand, so it’s here where we put heads together and start digging and push till we get out. For some this is a highlight on tour. We look at a speed of 95 kph on open roads and some roads are so bad that you can only go 20kph.
Normally driving day is 300km but some stretch to 600km.This 600km is not just driving is about stopping for photo opportunities, lunch and much more. A normal day we get up around 6 to7 am. Pack away our tents have breakfast and hit the road. Do a few stop for toilet/ activities and lunch. While driving over the dust road open up the fridge in front of you and enjoy a drink or lay back in your adjustable leather seat with Africa music in the back ground. Arrive normally just after lunch time at camp. We put up camp and the rest of the day/night is all about activities(game drives/ quid bikes / night walks/ relax / swimming or sitting around the fire and talk about the days experience)
